Apparently it's Spring. The bad news, it's still pretty cold outside, the good news, warmer weather is on it's way! However, while we patiently await the rise in temperatures, we are left wondering what the hell kind of jacket do I wear in this weather?
I for one am putting my winter coat away. It has served it purpose and this past winter, it has gotten A LOT of wear. Unfortunately it's not jean jacket or cardigan weather yet - so here are some samples of lighter Spring Toppers to get you through.
